"Compel them to come in" is one of Spurgeon's most passionately evangelistic sermons. Drawing from Luke 14:23, he speaks with deep compassion and urgency, warning of the dire consequences of rejecting Christ and emphasizing the eternal blessings of embracing Him.

Spurgeon's earnest call to sinners to respond to Christ's invitation reflects his fervent desire for their salvation and his unwavering belief in the transformative power of the gospel.

This sermon was delivered on December 5, 1858 at the Music Hall, Royal Surrey Gardens and was originally published in Volume 5 of the New Park Street Pulpit.
